Technical overview

Built around the complete infrastructure scope.

Locating requirements depend on the site, records, infrastructure owner, work area, proposed route, and the methods approved for the project. CTS Pacific can organize the initial review and field coordination around those confirmed conditions.

The scope can include available-record review, visible access-point review, work-area and route coordination, locating-method confirmation, marking responsibility, and documentation. It does not replace required utility notifications, permits, owner clearances, or regulated locating unless those responsibilities are explicitly confirmed.
